摘    要:采用SEM对不同Mg/Si质量比的Al-0.32Mg-xSi铝合金铸态组织进行了观察分析。结果显示,Mg/Si质量比影响富铁相的形态。在Al-0.32Mg-xSi铝合金的铸态组织中,当w(Mg)/w(Si)1.73时,富铁相以针状的β-AlFeSi相为主;当w(Mg)/w(Si)≥1.73时,以短棒状或骨骼状的α-AlFeSi相为主。

Abstract:The as cast microstructure of A1-0.32Mg-xSi aluminum alloys with different was analyzed by SEM. The experimental results showed that the morphology of iron-rich Mg/Si mass ratio phase was affected by the Mg/Si mass ratio. The needlelike β-A1FeSi phase mainly exist as w (Mg)/w (Si) 〈 1.73 in the A1- 0. 32Mg-xSi aluminum alloys as cast, and α-A1FeSi phase of short stick or bone shape mainly appeared as w( ng)/w(Si) ≥1.73.
