地下工程C60~C90自密实、自防水混凝土试验研究

摘    要:针对某地下工程需配制C60~C90高强度自密实、自防水混凝土的要求.通过采用掺粉煤灰、膨胀剂和高效减水剂,优化配合比设计,并检测其流动性、抗离析性和自填充性,限制膨胀率和限制干缩率、静水压力和氯离子渗透性.结果表明复合外掺剂有效地提高了混凝土流动性,增加混凝土的密实度,防止混凝土收缩开裂,提高了混凝土的抗渗性能,满足地下工程结构自密实自防水的设计要求.

Abstract:One underground project require C60~C90 high strength self-compacting and self-water proofing concrete.According to mix fly ash,expansive admixture and high efficiency water-reducing admixture,optimize mix proportions design,and test its' liquidity,resist segregation and automatic thickness gauge fill,restrict expansive rate and restrict drying shrinkage rate,hydrostatic pressure and the penetrability of chloride-ion.The results suggest that compound mixture agent effectively improved the compactness and the mobility of concrete,reduced concrete shrinkage crack,improved the ability of concrete's anti-penetrability,it satisfied the design requirement of self-compacting and self-water proofing concrete.
