LC50大流动性高性能轻集料混凝土匀质性影响因素的研究

摘    要:研究了水胶比、体积砂率、轻集料种类及其预湿处理时间、粉煤灰掺量等配合比参数及外加剂和纤维的种类对LC50大流动性高性能轻集料混凝土匀质性的影响.结果表明:配制LC50大流动性高性能轻集料混凝土,宜选用破碎型页岩陶粒,为改善匀质性,页岩陶粒的预湿处理时间为1h以上,且存在最佳体积砂率(38%)和粉煤灰掺量(20%);掺入适量增粘剂、引气剂或聚丙烯纤维均可改善轻集料混凝土的匀质性,但是聚丙烯腈纤维不宜用于匀质性的改善.

Abstract:The factors that influenced the homogeneity of high fluid LC50 high performance lightweight aggregate concrete were investigated.The factors mainly included types of admixture,fiber and mix proportion parameters that included the ratio of water to binder,volume sand ratio,amount of fly ash substituting content,types of lightweight aggregate and their prewetting time,etc.The experimental results showed that we should choose high strength cracked ceramsite made from shale whose prewetting time was for above one hour to improve the homogeneity,and there existed an optimal volume sand ratio(namely 38%) and amount of fly ash substituting content(20%);The homogeneity of concrete was good when we mixed the right amount of the polypropylene fiber,air-entraining agent or viscosifier,but the polyacrylonitrile fiber was not suitable.
