加气混凝土密肋复合墙板框格单元的试验研究

摘    要:通过对加气混凝土单轴受压及加气混凝土密肋复合墙板框格单元1/2比例模型加载试验的研究,着重分析了加气混凝土的单轴受压性能、框格单元肋梁/柱截面高度的变化对复合墙板框格单元承载能力、抗裂性能及变形性能的影响,结果表明单轴受压情况下的加气混凝土在峰值应力后出现应力跌落现象,造成复合墙板框格单元在峰值荷载后出现了承载能力的突然跌落现象,但此后,复合墙板框格单元的承载力随位移缓慢下降,仍有较好的变形能力;框格单元肋梁/柱截面高度的增加,对复合墙板框格单元的开裂荷载和峰值荷载提高不显著.

Abstract:Through the test of autoclaved aerated concrete under uniaxial compression and 1:2 ratio model experiment of the reinforced concrete fundamental frame structure with autoclaved aerated concrete masonry infilled in multi-ribbed walls,this study analyzed the loading capacity,crack-resistant property and deformation characteristics of the reinforced concrete fundamental frame structure in multi-ribbed walls.Experimental result shows that the rapid stress drop of the autoclaved aerated concrete under uniaxial compression after the stress arrived the peach stress caused the rapid drop of the loading capacity of the reinforced concrete fundamental frame structure with autoclaved aerated concrete masonry infilled in multi-ribbed walls.After the rapid drop of the loading capacity,the reinforced concrete fundamental frame structure with autoclaved aerated concrete masonry infilled in multi-ribbed walls has a high deformation capacity.It is inapparent that the value of the cracking-resistant strength and the loading capacity of the reinforced concrete fundamental frame structure with autoclaved aerated concrete masonry infilled in multi-ribbed walls,when the section height of the ribbed-beam/column increased.
