粉煤灰作新型建筑砂浆胶凝材料的试验研究

摘    要:以粉煤灰为主要原料,经机械磨细后,掺人少量水泥及复合激发剂(石灰、石膏、硫酸钠等),通过正交试验,配制出强度达到27.5级砌筑水泥要求的性能良好的新型粉煤灰砂浆粉,可作为中低强度等级建筑砂浆的胶凝材料,取代水泥与石灰.

Abstract:Adopted fly ash ground mechanically as the main raw material,added a small amount of cement and composite activators(calcium lime,raw gypsum and sodium sulfate),developed a fly ash mortar powder of good properties by orthogonal experiment.Its compressive strength reached the demands of 27.5 grade masonry cement.It can be made as the cementing material in the middle-and-low strength grade building mortar,replacing cement and lime.
