柠檬酸钠对混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀的有效性研究

摘    要:通过一年的浸泡试验,系统研究了柠檬酸钠对混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀作用的有效性.结果表明,柠檬酸钠能改善混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,且随其掺量的增大改善效果越显著;柠檬酸钠改善混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的机理是通过降低Ca(OH)2从水泥石中析出的速度,达到延缓石膏和钙矾石晶体的生成并使生成的晶体粗大,进而起到减轻其膨胀破坏的作用.

Abstract:To study the validity on sulphate resistance to concrete by sodium citrate,a series of immersion tests have been carried out for one year. The results show that sodium citrate can improve the sulphate resistance of concrete ,the more content of sodium citrate is,the more significant on improvement is .The mechanism of sulphate resistance by sodium citrate is delayed the forming and increasing of gypsum and AFt crystal,and lighten the expansion damage by reducing the speed of precipitation of Ca(OH)2 in cement.
