摘    要:隧道施工缝处理得好坏往往影响工程的正常使用和行车安全.而施工缝的处理实质上就是新旧混凝土的界面粘结问题.通过隧道衬砌施工缝粘结材料的研究,提高隧道衬砌的粘结强度和抗渗性,改善界面处的使用性和耐久性.应用试验结果表明,研制的新型隧道衬砌施工缝粘结材料对施工缝的处理有明显的作用效果,新旧混凝土界面的力学性能和耐久性均得到不同程度的改善和提高,对隧道混凝土结构施工有较好的实用价值.

Abstract:Tunnel construction cracks' treatment often affects the valid use of engineering and the safety of cars.nd the treatment of construction cracks actually is the interface adhesive question between the new and the old concrete.This paper study adhesive material of construction cracks in tunnel concrete-liner.The concept is to upgrade adhesive strength and impermeability of tunnel concrete-liner and improve the service performance and durability of interface.The application test showed that development of new adhesive material of construction cracks in tunnel concrete-liner has obvious effects on the treatment of construction cracks.The mechanical properties and durability of the interface between the new and the old concrete old concrete interface will attain different degrees of improvement and enhancement,which have a better value for the construction of tunnel concrete structure.
