关于磷渣粉应用问题的探讨

摘    要:矿物掺合料作为混凝土的第六组分在实际工程中的应用越来越广泛,随着大批西南水电工程的开工建设,磷渣粉资源会得到越来越充分的应用.但是,根据现有工程资料显示,磷渣粉在水利工程应用中有几个突出问题亟待解决,特别是磷渣的缓凝现象,还有关系到开裂的干缩问题等.针对这种现状试验重点研究了磷渣粉的凝结时间、干缩和抗裂性等一些性能,并对产生的作用机理作了微观的分析和阐述,结果证明磷渣粉是一种非常好的混凝土掺合料,完全可以取代粉煤灰并大掺量应用于大体积混凝土工程.

Abstract:Slag admixture is widely used as the sixth ingredient in concrete.In line with a large scale of southwest hydraulic projects in construction,Phosphorus slag's application in concrete.is positive.However,according to current information there are several urgent questions to be solved,such as setting-time retarding,deformation and anti-crack performances and so on.Considering these problems it is studied on phosphorus slag setting time,shrinkage,anti-crack performances and related micro-mechanism analysis.The results show that phosphorus slag is a very good concrete admixture,can replace flying ash and be applied in large volume into mass volume concrete project.
