从预拌混凝土角度出发,论述了目前水泥生产与水泥应用-预拌混凝土之间存在的问题,并通过大量的工程实例和试验数据,分析了影响预拌混凝土水泥对外加剂适应性的主要因素,同时指出:水泥生产厂家应向混凝土搅拌站提供与预拌混凝土工艺相匹配和适应的水泥;从预拌混凝土对所用水泥的性能要求出发,提出了水泥的匀质性和稳定性是第一位的;对于混凝土外加剂与水泥不相适应的问题,外加剂生产厂家与水泥生产厂家应双向互动予以解决,但水泥厂家应着眼于从水泥生产角度出发,努力解决外加剂和水泥适应性问题,其途径可从熟料矿物组成和结构的优化、合理选择粉磨细度(比面积)及优化颗粒级配和颗粒形状、在粉磨过程中合理确定石膏品种及掺量、混合材的种类及掺量、控制含碱量、降低水泥温度和适当陈化时间等来改善适应性;在预拌混凝土有特殊要求时,水泥生产厂家应能苘提供适应用户"个性"要求的水泥产品.
