摘    要:出于工程应用的需要,对文献[1]设计的承重兼保温陶粒混凝土砌块,按照文献[2]给出的普通混凝土小型砌块强度与混凝土试配强度间的关系,采用松散体积法计算强度等级为MU10的陶粒混凝土砌块配合比.并对试制的砌块进行了抗压强度试验,试验表明陶粒混凝土砌块受压时的破坏性质为脆性,同时也表明制作砌块所采用的陶粒混凝土配合比是合理的.

Abstract:With the demands of engineering application,the mix proportion of ceramsite concrete blocks,whose strength is 10 N/mm2 and whose block type has been designed in Ref.[1],is calculated by relax volume method and the relation between strength of normal concrete blocks and trial-mix strength of normal concrete in Ref.[2].Experiment of compressive strength to trial production of ceramsite concrete blocks has been done.The experiment results show that failure modes of ceramsite concrete blocks is brittle failure and mix proportion of ceramsite concrete is reasonable.
