高压加热器疏水端差偏大原因分析及应对策略

摘    要:高压加热器是汽轮机发电机组回热系统中的重要辅机设备,运行高压加热器可提高锅炉给水温度,降低机组能耗。结合高压加热器的性能设计、结构布置、制造工艺、运行和检修过程,分析了高压加热器疏水端差偏大的危害和原因,并提出详尽的应对策略,对高压加热器的设计、制造及电厂运行具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:High pressure feedwater heater is key auxiliary equipment in an extraction steam system of steam turbine generation unit, which can raise the temperature of feedwater to boiler and reduce the energy loss. The harmfulness and cause of large drain subcooler approach have been analyzed and detailed countermeasures have been put forward in the article combined with the performance design, structure arrangement, fabrication procedure, operation and maintenance, which is useful to the design, fabrication and operation of HP heaters.
