串联系统生产可靠度及其风险分析

本文从研究设备实际生产可靠度的随机性开始,证明了串联系统生产可靠度是一个随机变量,并且服从对数正态分布。文中得到了当设备的故障时间和故障间隔时间服从指数分布时有关设备或系统生产可靠度的具体分布规律。文末附有实例。

The Reliability of a Tandem System'' and Its Risk Analysis

Based on the variation of the reliability, of equipment, it is proved that the reliability of a tandem system is not a deterministic variable but a stochastic one, and has a lognormal distribution. Some reliability results about equipment and system are derived when breakdown interval and repair time of every equipment are subjected to exponential distributions. A semicontinuous mining system is taken as an example and its reliability and confidence analysis are presented.
