摘    要:垃圾在循环流化床(CFB)内的清洁焚烧要求将整个垃圾焚烧炉炉膛温度控制在某一范围之内。根据实际运行的CFB垃圾焚烧炉测试数据,确定了CFB垃圾焚烧炉炉膛温度分布的数学模型,并在此基础上,计算了系统的相对增益矩阵,提出合理的炉膛温度控制变量匹配、合理的解耦控制和前馈控制策略。仿真结果表明,这些控制策略是有效的,对CFB垃圾焚烧炉的控制有重要参考价值。

Abstract:The clean incineration of municpal solid wastes(MSW) in ciculating fluidized bed (CFB) incinerators requires the temperature in furnace of the entire incinerator to be controlled in a certain range. Based on test data in practical operation of a CFB MSW incenerator, a mathematic model of temperature distribution in furnace of a CFB MSW incinerator has been established, and a relative gain matrix of the system being calculated, and reasonable match of the furnace temperature controlling variables, as well as reasonable strategy of decoupling control and of feedfront control, being put forward on the said basis. Simulation results show that the said strategy to be effective, having important reference value for controlling CFB MSW incinerators.
