意杨单板层积材受弯构件结构性能的试验研究

摘    要:简要介绍了意杨单板层积材和单板层积材受弯构件的加工工艺。对不同设计参数的单板层积材受弯构件进行结构性能试验研究,研究了单板层积材受弯构件的破坏形式、破坏机理及抗弯极限承载力等;探讨了单板厚度、受弯构件体积对单板层积材受弯构件抗弯强度的影响。试验结果表明,单板层积材受弯构件受拉区边缘木材纤维拉断,破坏构件挠度大;单板层积材单板越薄,单板层积材受弯构件性能越好;随着单板层积材构件体积增加,承载力提高,抗弯强度降低。研究表明,杨木LVL作为建筑中结构用材将有很大的发展空间。
