实验室用脱泡装置的设计与计算

摘    要:基于实验室的特点设计脱泡装置。分析了影响脱泡过程的因素。基于一定的数学模型,采用微积分的方法得到设计脱泡装置的计算公式,包括:气泡的逸出速度、液膜厚度、停留时间、分配管管径等,从而计算伞面长度。经检验,自制的脱泡装置大大提高了脱泡效率。

Abstract:The deaerating device was designed based on the characteristics of laboratory. The factors affecting the deaerating process were analyzed. A series of calculation formulae for designing deaerating device were obtained by calculus method based on a certain mathematical model, including the foumula of calculating the deaerating speed of air bubbles, the thickness of solution film, resident time and the radius of distributing tubes, from which the length of umbrella can be calculated. The practice proved that the self-developed deaerating device can improve the deaerating efficiency greatly.
