| 摘 要： | 本文报道了一例成人特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症（IPH）患者的肺组织超微病理改变。电镜下肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞及肺泡巨噬细胞明显增生，肺泡腔内查见许多肺泡巨噬细胞、红细胞及血浆蛋白样物质，肺泡巨噬细胞内含有数目不等的红细胞及其碎片。肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞内嗜锇板层小体基本排空。肺泡中隔间质胶原纤维增生。电镜观察有助于IPH的病理诊断。
