| 摘 要： | 采用超声辅助乳化-液液微萃取和快速溶剂萃取技术并结合气相色谱-质谱方法,分析检测了太湖水样和湖底沉积物中8种人工合成麝香含量。结果表明,太湖流域人工合成麝香污染物主要有佳乐麝香(HHCB)、吐纳麝香(AHTN)、二甲苯麝香(MX)和麝香酮(MK)。其中水样中的平均浓度分别为15.5ng/L、10.2ng/L、1.82ng/L、0.648ng/L;湖底沉积物中的平均含量分别为0.812ng/g、0.476ng/g、0.0842ng/g、0.0249ng/g。太湖流域与国内外其他地区的人工合成麝香污染水平相当,有关部门应引起注意。

| Abstract: | The determination of 8 synthetic musks in water and sediment samples of Taihu lake was performed by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry（GC/MS） with ultrasound-assisted emulsification-microextraction（USAEME） or accelerated solvent extraction（ASE）.The mean concentrations of HHCB,AHTN,MX and MK in water samples were 15.5 ng/L,10.2 ng/L,1.82 ng/L and 0.648 ng/L,respectively.The mean contents of HHCB,AHTN,MX and MK were 0.812 ng/g,0.476 ng/g,0.0842 ng/g and 0.0249 ng/g,respectively.DPMI,ADBI,AHMI and ATII are below detection limit in all samples.The results indicated that the pollution by synthetic musks in Taihu lake is in the similar level comparing with that in other region and more concerns should be paid on it. |
