可编程控制器在锅炉继电保护上的应用

摘    要:用一台C60P可编程序控制器(简称PC)对4台10t/h蒸汽锅炉的正常启动、停炉、事故报警停炉进行全自动控制,论述了系统的组成和PC编程技巧。现场实际运行证明PC在锅炉继电保护方面具有抗干扰能力强、可靠性高、使用方便等特点,能达到安全运行的目的。该系统可在锅炉系统上广泛应用。

Abstract:A C60P Programmable controller (called PC for short) is used to carry out the comPrehensive automatic control of four steam boilers, including normal start-up, normal shut-down, failure alarm and shut-down. The paper describes the system configuration and PC programming techniques. Practical operation on-site has shown that the PC unit has the following advantages in respect of boiler relay protection: significant anti-interference capability, high reliability and user-friendly features, which are conducive to the safe and reliable operation of boilers. Its extensive application on boiler systems can be readily expected.
