摘    要:研究了以过硫酸钾为消解试剂,用微波消解测定水样中总磷的分析方法;对测定波长、消解试剂用量、消解功率、消解时间等因素进行了考察,选择出了最佳的实验条件,并讨论了常见离子的干扰;利用该方法对各种自然水样含磷量进行了测定,加标平均回收率98.64%,相对标准偏差0.5%~2.5%。

Abstract:Total phosphorus in water was determined by microwave digestion-spectrophotometry, using potassium persulphate as the reducing agent. The best experiment conditions were confirmed on the basis of investigation on many factors such as wavelength, the amount of the reducing agent, power and time. And the effect of ions was also investigated. The average recovery was 98.64 % and the ralative standard deviation were in the range of 0.5 %-2.5 % by the determination of watersamples.
