摘    要:一台国产300MW汽轮机在运行中存在#1轴振严重超标的问题,通过解体大修,发现高中缸严重跑偏是引起蒸汽激振的主要原因,通过检修处理,最终消除振动隐患,对同类型机组有参考价值。

Abstract:A domestic 300MW steam turbine with NO.1 stalks flap far from the nominal index, through the disintegration, it was found that the HIP case runs to be partial seriously to cause steam flow exited vibration was the main problem. It may have important reference value to the same kind of units.
