2种C1化工路线制乙二醇技术经济分析

摘    要:介绍了以煤炭或天然气衍生的合成气为原料,一步法直接合成和经甲醛(或草酸酯)间接法合成乙二醇工艺的历史和进展,并对这2条被认为是有希望在不远的将来实现产业化的技术路线进行了工艺比较和经济性比较。认为CO经草酸酯合成乙二醇技术路线具有反应条件温和、设备投资小、环境友好等优点,并且其产品工厂成本低18.7%,是首选的C1化工合成乙二醇技术路线。

Abstract:With the continually rising of the price of oil, the technology of producing MEG by C1 chemical process from the synthetic gas produced by coal or natural gas is sure to play an important role in the durable development of China. This paper introduces the history and development of the technology of producing MEG from synthetic gas directly and the indirect technology of producing MEG from synthetic gas via HCHO or (COOR)2, and makes comparison technically and economically between two ways which are hopeful to realize industrialization in the near future, namely, the way of getting MEG from synthetic gas via HCHO and the process of producing MEG from CO via (COOR)2.As the result shows, compared with the way of getting MEG from synthetic gas via HCHO, the process of producing MEG from CO via (COOR)2 requires milder reacting condition and less investment on equipment, and it is environment friendly with a cost reduction of 18.7% for factory products. Thus, this process is the best choice of producing MEG by C1 chemical process.
