摘    要:通过摩擦系数λ和动量交换数k两种变量的分析,确定了多孔管摩擦系数λ和动量交换系数k的分析表达式,在此基础上,求出了变系数变量动量方程的分析解。

Abstract:Through the analysis of friction and pressure recovery in porous pipe manifolds coefficients, the pressure recovery coefficient is represented as a function of flow velocity. An analytical solution of momentum equation with varying mass at varying coefficients is obtained. The solution for the case of constant coefficients is a special case of varying coefficients when momentum correction is zero and friction correction is one. In the solution of varying coefficients the static pressure is dependent on structure scale (the ratio of length to diameter) and flow parameter Re 0 . In the design of a new distributor its structure can be optimized. In the distributor in service the operational process can be simulated, and the optimum operational condition can be obtained. When the velocity distribution is linear, the solution for the case of varying coefficients agrees with experimental results.
