钢铁表面的ATMP钝化处理

摘    要:利用加速腐蚀试验、电化学极化测量以及扫描电镜对氨基三甲撑膦酸(ATMP)在钢铁表面的防护效果进行了研究。测定了ATMP溶液的浓度、温度、pH及处理时间对膜层抗蚀性的影响。通过与多种有机瞵酸进行比较,确认ATMP具有较好的表面防护效果。

Abstract:Protection of aminotrimethylidenephospgonic acid (ATMP) for carbon steel surface was studied by means of accelerated ccrrcsicn tests, electrcchemical polarization techniques and scanning electron microscopy .Effect of the concentration, temperature, pH value and treating time of ATMP solution on the corrosion resistance of the films was determined.It has been verified that the ATMP has got better corrosion inhibitation for carbon steel than other organophosphorous acids.
