摘    要:采用美国PE公司生产的Pyris—ITGA热重分析仪对稻壳和糠醛渣的混合物在惰性气氛(N2)条什下进行热解实验研究。结果表明:该生物质混合物热解过程分为水分析出阶段、主要热解反应阶段和继续脱除挥发分阶段;热解过程巾挥发分析出量与混合比比例具有较好的规律性,说明混合物热解具有稳定性,同时混合比对其热解特性有一定的影响;升温速率对混合物的初始热解温度、失重高峰时的温度及热解终止温度均有影响。最后用Coats—Redfern积分法,在反应活跃期计算得到糠醛渣和稻壳混合物热解过程的动力学参数。

Abstract:The thermo-gravimetric analysis was; used to study the pyrolysis characteristics of blending biomass (furfural residues and rice husk) with a Pyris-1 TGA thermo-gravimetric analyzer under high purify N2. The results showed that pyrolysis process had three distinct phases (moisture release, main pyrolysis and subsequent volatiles release) with increasing temperature. The yields of volatile is regular to the proportion of the blends, which indicated proportions had influence on the pyrolysis process; Heating rate had influence on the beginning temperature, peak weight loss temperature and final pyrolysis temperature. In the end, kinetics parameters of bending biomass at active reaction period were determined by Coats-Redfern integral method.
