摘    要:随着能源价格的上涨,现代硫酸装置作为热电站的角色越来越重要,为了能最大限度地节约能源,在硫酸装置的酸循环系统开发了一个热回收系统(HEROS),重点放在操作的方便性和很高的安全标准。HEROS的核心是一个在中间吸收塔上游并配有安装专用酸循环系统的文丘里吸收器,该系统产生的热量被传递到一套特别设计的锅炉的低压蒸汽系统中,材质的耐酸性可对操作参数进行比较灵活的控制,设计允许在中间吸收塔全部运行时关闭HEROS,该原理也可实现在老硫酸装置中对系统进行改造。

Abstract:With rising energy prices the role of a modern sulfuric acid plant as thermal power station becomes more and more important.In order to maximize the energy savings,a Heat recovery system (HEROS) was developed with particular emphasis on ease of operation and high security standards.The key element of the HEROS is a Vernturi absorber with a dedicated acid circulation system that is installed upstream of the inter absorption tower.Heat generated in this system is transformed into low pressure steam in a specially designed boiler.The acid resistance of the materials of construction allows a rather flexible control of operating parameters.The design permits the shut down of the HEROS while the inter absorption tower remains in full operation.This principle also enables the revampment of the system in existing sulfuric acid plants.
