数控编程技巧

摘    要:数控加工可获得高精度且质量稳定的产品,因而越来越受到生产等部门的重视,数控机床的普及率也越来越高,但数控机床动作的执行是通过程序来控制的.因而如何合理地进行数控编程成了数控加工的关键.本文对如何灵活运用数控加工编程功能的一些技巧进行了探讨,并且对易出现或被忽视的一些问题进行解释分析.

Abstract:Numeral Controlled machining can produce some products which have such high precision and stable quality that more and more departments such as production department have paid much attention to it and that more and more producers have used it, But as a matter of fact ,the movement of numeral controlled machine tools is controlled by the program, As a result, how to carry out numeral controlled program rationally becomes the key to numeral controlled. in this text,the techniques of numerical control machining programme are discussed,some problems that easily come forth or be ignored are analyzed.
