基于ANSYS软件建模及划分网格技术的应用

摘    要:为提高有限元数值的计算精度和对复杂结构力学分析的准确性。建立正确、合理的有限元模型和划分好的网格很重要。首先,通过分析搅拌罐的设计参数,提出搅拌叶片的螺旋线方程,并根据该方程通过ANSYS软件绘制成曲线,生成螺旋叶片图形;然后,通过映射网格划分,得到质量均匀、形状规则的网格,提高计算精度和速度。避免了将Proe/E或UC线框模型以IGES文件的形式导入ANSYS产生丢线等现象,为今后搅拌叶片的有限元分析奠定了基础。

Abstract:To increase the calculation accuracy and analysis accuracy of complicacy construction,it is necessary to build up correct and reasonable finite element model.At first,through analyzing the design parameters of mixing drum,bring up the spiral curve equation of the mixing blades,simulate the point into line and build up spiral blade through ANSYS software,and then,through mapped meshing,getting mass uniform distribution and regular grids,consequently improve the accuracy and velocity of calculation.Avoiding the phenomena of losing lines after the introduction of Proe/E or UG wire frame model into ANSYS in the form of IGES file which provides a foundation for the finite element analysis of spiral blade.
