汽车悬架性能测试系统的研究与设计

摘    要:汽车悬架性能测试是机动车安全运行检测中的一个重要项目.本文在建立检测车辆悬架振动力学模型和运动方程的基础上,分析并确定了悬架性能的评价指标.针对汽车悬架测试台的基本结构和受力过程,设计了高精度力传感器和速度传感器输出信号的调理模块.采用工业控制计算机直接采集车轮垂直接地力与激振台面频率,提高了测试系统的精度和实时性.实测证明,该系统完全能够满足汽车悬架性能测试时的动态要求,具有较高的可靠性.
