双酚-F硼酚醛固化BPA环氧树脂的机理与热性能

摘    要:利用甲醛水溶液法和多聚甲醛法合成了双酚-F硼酚醛树脂(BBPFFR)。用FT-IR、DSC和TGA研究了两种不同方法合成的树脂固化双酚-A环氧树脂(BPAER)的固化机理及热性能。结果表明,固化过程中,苄羟基、酚羟基和硼酸中未反应的—OH参与了与环氧基的反应;影响热性能的主要因素是固化后树脂中羰基、醚键和苄羟基的含量,热降解过程可分为三个阶段,遵从一级反应规律。

Abstract:Boron-containing bisphenal-F formaldehyde resins(BBPFFR) were synthesized by the method of the formalin and the paraformaldhyde.The curing behavior and thermal property of BBPFFR with bisphenol-A epoxy resin were studied by FTIR and TGA.The results show,during the curing progress,phenol hydroxyl,methylol and un-reacted —OH in boric acid are reacted with epoxy group.The thermal degradation can be divided into three stages,and in every stage the decomposition reaction follows first order.
