摘    要:通过在普通混凝土的基础上采用去除大骨料、同时掺加活性材料硅粉和高效外加剂等手段,最大限度地减少材料内部的微裂缝和缺陷而制成超高强、高韧性、耐久性和体积稳定性良好的水泥基复合材料RPC。试验着重考察了砂胶比、减水剂掺量、硅灰与石英粉比以及不同的养护制度等因素对RPC力学性能的影响,配制出了强度大于200MPa的RPC并探讨了RPC的凝结硬化机理和强度变化特征。

Abstract:RPC(Reactive Powder Concrete) are characterized by ultra-high strength,very ductility,very durability and volume stability.This new type of cement matrix materials may be developed by the application of the following basic principles:(1) enhancement of homogeneity by elimination of the coarse aggregates;(2)enhancement of compacted density by optimization of the granular mixture;(3)enhancement of the microstructure by post-set heat treating;(4)maintaining mixing and casting procedures as close as possible to existing practice by the addition of super-plasticizer,etc.The factors which influences the mechanical performances of RPC were investigated such as S/B ratio,the content of water reducing agent,F/Q ratio(silica fume /quartz powder ratio),and curing procedure,etc.A value of 200MPa was obtained and the condensation and hardening mechanism was also discussed in the paper.
