| 摘 要： | 随着微博服务在各大高校的爆炸性铺开,微博已经成为新形势下高校辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的重要载体。本文通过分析解构高校辅导员微博的特点、必要性及现今高校辅导员存在的困境,并从四个层面提出了高校辅导员微博建构的对策思路,以期为新形势下高校辅导员创新开展学生思想政治教育工作提供借鉴和参考。
