同向绞合软铜导体的设计及应用

摘    要:采用股线绞向与复绞绞向相同的设计法,对第5种和第6种软铜导体进行绞合,对相同截面的导体,可适当降低导体的直流电阻和铜材消耗,有效改善绞合导体表面的圆整性和表面质量,并减小导体的绞合外径.对用于高压软电缆导体的普通绞合导体进行电性能综合对比分析,认为此类导体可使导体表面电场均匀,有利于提高高压橡套电缆综合电性能.
