| 摘 要： | 2009年底,欧盟在其官方杂志上正式公布化妆品法规（Regulation（EC）No1223/2009）。该法规将逐步替代原有的欧盟化妆品指令,成为未来欧盟化妆品监管的主要依据。介绍该法规的背景、要点等,并与我国化妆品监管情况进行比较,对我国化妆品监管的发展进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The new EU regulation （Regulation （EC） No 1223/2009） for cosmetic products was issued on EU Official Journal by the end of 2009. The new regulation will be phased in and take the place of the Council Directive 76/768/EEC to be the legal ground for management and supervision on cosmetics. The background of the new regulation and some key points were introduced in the paper. A comparison of cosmetics management in China and EU was analyzed, and the prospect of development of management and supervision on cosmetics in China was discussed in the paper as well. |
