| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了西门子6RA70系列直流调速器和S7—400PLC在镍及镍合金轧制生产线中的应用。由该数字式直流调速器和PLC以及相关软件构成了基于Profibus—DP现场总线数据通讯的轧制生产线控制系统，并介绍了该系统中的WinCC软件组态和PLC与6RA70直流调速器之间的数据通讯以及该系统的实现。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the application of 6RA70 DC speed-regulating drive and S7-400 PLC in the nickel and nickel alloy rolling production line. The rolling production line control system based on Profibus-DP field bus data communication consists of the digital DC speed-regulating drive and the PLC as well as the related software. The paper also introduces WinCC software configuring, the data communication between the PLC and the 6RA70 DC speed-regulating drive and the system realization in the control system. |
