锅炉稳定燃烧技术应用与研究

摘    要:详细阐述了锅炉稳定燃烧的方法,采用先进的燃烧方式,使锅炉燃烧稳定且燃烧完全.通过提高二次风与炉膛差压,使燃烧更加充分。合理关小燃烧器上郝二次风挡板开度,增加主燃烧区域二次风量,使得着火充分燃烧稳定,燃烧完全。本技术对同类型机组有着重要的推广价值。

Abstract:This paper presents the boiler stable combustion technology in detail.The advanced combustion type has been adopted which making combustion stable and complete.Through improving the pressure difference between secondary air and furnace,the combustion is more sufficient.Turning off the jaw on the secondary air back plate rationally,it makes burning steadily and completely.The technology introduced in this paper is valuable to the same unit.
