摘    要:采用等离子喷涂方法制备Al2O3陶瓷涂层,研究 了涂层在不同腐蚀介质中的耐蚀性及其失效机制.结果表明,Al2O3涂层在碱性环境中耐 蚀性较强,在酸性环境中的耐蚀性较差,在盐类环境中的耐蚀性一般.陶瓷涂层在腐蚀介质 环境中工作时,因其内部非平衡相、夹杂物、残余应力及孔隙率的存在发生化学腐蚀.

Abstract:Al 2O 3 ceramics coating was prepared by plasma spraying method.The corrosion resistance of Al 2O 3 ceramics coating in different corrosion media was investigated.The results showed that Al 2O 3 ceramics coating has higher corrosion resistance in alkaline solutions,poorer corrosion resistance in acid solutions and certain level of corrosion resistance in salt solutions.The corrosion of the ceramics coating can be attributed to chemical corrosion,which was enhanced by the no-equilibrium phase,inclusion,residual stress and micro porosity within the coating.
