变频电动机效率的测试方法

摘    要:通用变频器的波形都是斩波波形,PWM波形是最常见的波形,这使变频器的输入和输出含有高次谐波,在低频情况下,导致无法准确的测量出变频器的输出功率.本文介绍了如何通过变频器的模拟量输出来测量变频器的输出功率,进而计算出变频电动机效率的方法.

Abstract:For a common inverter, the wave form is chopper, and PWM is the most common wave form, thus the high-order harmonic exists in input and output wave of it. Under the condition of low frequency, the output cannot be measured exactly. This paper introduces how to measure output of the inverter by simulating quantity of it, and the method for calculating the efficiency of variable-frequency motor.
