纳米CaCO3/ABS/POE/EVA复合材料的协同效应及力学性能研究

摘    要:用挤出法制备了纳米CaCO3/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯/热塑性聚烯烃弹性体/乙烯-醋酸乙烯(纳米CaCO3/ABS/POE/EVA)复合材料。对力学性能的测试表明,材料的冲击强度大幅度提高而拉伸强度基本保持不变。分别通过相差显微镜(PCM)及扫描电镜(SEM)观察试样的相态结构和冲击断面的微观形态。结果表明,纳米CaCO3对弹性体有细化作用,纳米CaCO3、POE、EVA在对ABS的增韧过程中有良好的协同效应。

Abstract:Nano-CaCO3/ABS/POE/EVA composite was prepared via a single-screw extruder. The morphology, micro-structure, and the fractured surface were investigated using PCM and SEM. It was found that the nano-CaCO3 improved the dispersion of elastomer's particle and consequently enhanced the impact strength, while the tensile strength was not affected.
