摘    要:永平铜矿长期因矿石性质多变、矿物组成复杂、硫铜含量比值大、伴生银金嵌布粒度细、混合粗精矿又未按设计要求进行再磨,致使铜、硫分选困难,生产指标难以提高。采用分步优先浮选工艺,应用选择世较好的捕收剂,中矿再磨,解决了铜、硫分选困难的问题,达到了提高铜、银回收率的目的。生产实践表明,该工艺可提高铜回收率2.37%、银回收率2.59%,矿山每年可增加经济效益500万元以上。

Abstract:Due to variation of ore property, complication of mineral composition, high ratio of sulphur and copper, fine-grain dissemination of the associated silver and gold, and unregrinding of bulk rougher concentrate, it was difficult to separate copper from sulphur minerals and to increase the production in Yongping Copper Mine With fractional selective flotation, better selective collectors and regrinding of middlings, the copper minerals can be well separated from the sulphur and recoveries of copper and silver have been increased. The production practice showed that copper recovery is increased by 2.37%; silver recovery by 2. 59 %;more than 5 million RMB economic benefit can be obtained each year.
