摘    要:轮盘应力分析是汽轮机结构设计中的一个重要环节,对汽轮机转子的安全监测、寿命管理和评估均具有重要的意义。根据汽轮机叶轮应力和变形的基本方程式,用最小二乘法拟合复杂的转轮剖面形状,将无约束最优化方法引入打靶法,编写了计算程序,对二阶常微分方程进行了数值计算。算例结果与二次计算法结果接近,说明该算法是合理的。该方法与二次计算法相比,有简便的特点,在工程实际中具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:Stress analysis of impeller is an important link in the structure design of the steam turbine and has important meaning to maintenances, monitoring, safety and life-span manage and assess of rotor of steam turbine. According to the fundamental equation of stress and deformation of stream turbine impeller, this method combines the boundary value computing method of system of second order ordinary differential equation with unbinding optimization method. A procedure is programmed and second order ordinary differential equation is calculated. The sample shows that the result gotten is nearly equal to the results of secondary calculation. Compared with secondary calculation, this method is simple and it has the project employing value.
