微台阶扩眼技术在玄武岩地层钻井中的应用

摘    要:膨胀管封堵技术是一项推动深井钻井技术进步的国际前沿技术,为了追踪国际前沿技术,开发出了适用于坚硬地层的可变径微台阶扩眼工具。利用新研制的Φ215.9 mm 微台阶扩眼工具首次在江苏油田对漏失严重的玄武岩地层成功实施了满足膨胀管堵漏要求的扩眼作业,保证了“膨胀管补贴堵漏技术”的顺利实施,为玄武岩地层微台阶扩眼积累了经验。为此,介绍了玄武岩地层中进行微台阶扩眼的施工工艺,探讨了适用于玄武岩地层的微台阶扩眼工具。项目实施所取得的经验和突破,为今后漏失严重的多套压力层系治理和超深井技术的进步奠定了基础。

Abstract:Plugging with expandable tubings is a front edge technology which helps to advance the deep drilling technology. A matching tool called variable diameter mini step reamer is thus developed for hard formations and introduced herein. The newly developed 215.9 mm reamer has been first used successfully in serious thief zones in Jiangsu Oilfield to satisfy the reaming requirements of expandable tubing plugging, and has ensured the successful implementation of plugging patch with expandable tubings, and lots of experiences have been obtained. The operation procedures of reaming in basalt formations are described, and the reamer suitable for basalt formations is discussed. The obtained experiences and breakthroughs being overcome will provide a solid base for future management of serious thief zones with multiple pressure systems, and development of deep drilling technology.
