根据振动信号诊断氦风机故障的方法研究

摘    要:氦风机是10MW高温气冷实验堆(HTR-10)的一回路主风机,是大功率、高转速、多环节的旋转运动系统,有发生多种故障的可能,而其工作正常与否直接关系到反应堆的安全运行。通过在线分析氦风机运行时的振动信号,可以对氦风机的运行情况进行深入、彻底地评估,对可能的故障尽可能早地进行预防性诊断,从而保证氦风机能够正常和安全运行。本课题从氦风机本身结构和特点出发,研究提出并实现了分别在时域和频域上对氦风机的振动信号进行分析、进而对氦风机故障进行诊断的方法和框架。

Abstract:The helium circulator is a rotating system with high power consumption, high speed, multiple dynamical links and many kinds of fault modes in the 10MW High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactor (HTR-10). The normal and safe operation of the helium circulator directly affects the normal and safe operation of the reactor itself. By online analyzing the vibration signal from the helium circulator in both the time domain and frequency domain, it is possible to evaluate its operation conditions thoroughly and intelligently, to diagnose the possible faults of the helium circulator as early as possible, and eventually to ensure the safe operation of the circulator. This paper introduces the framework and method on analyzing the vibration signal and diagnosing the faults of the helium circulator.
