| 摘 要： | 综述了高性能/高温聚合物中的反应性端基齐聚物与热固性聚酰亚胺及其固化技术,其包括PMR-15、PMR-Ⅱ,端乙炔基聚酰亚胺、苯乙炔封端聚酰亚胺、Thermcon聚酰亚胺、其它热固性聚酰亚胺、苯并环丁烯端基聚酰亚胺,对其化学结构与性能的关系也进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | An overview of the development of factors that contribute to applications for the design,synthesis and curing proces of high performance/high temperature polymer was preseuted.In this paper,the reactive (end-)cape oligomers and thermosetting polyimide terminated with the reactive endcaps and its curing process were discussed in detail including PMR-15,PMR-,acetylene-terminated polyimide phenylacetylene-terminated polyimide,Thermcon polyimide,other thermosetting polyimides such as disbenzocyclobutene or biphenylene groups-terminated polyimide and IPN materials.The relationship between polyimide structure and properties was also introduced. |
