摘    要:在对振动时效前后焊件进行残余应力测试实验、金相及电镜观测实验、疲劳实验的基础上,得出振动时效能够降低和调整残余应力和明显提高度劳寿命的结论,并用位错理论分析了振动时效与金属材料中位错形态和位错密度变化的内在联系.

Abstract:Here is stated the conclusion that vibration aging and reduce and regulate weldments residual stress and improve fatigue life on the bases of the residual stress measuring experiments, metallographic and electronic microscope observion experiments and fatigue tests.Meanwhile the internal relation between the results of vibration aging and the patten and density of dislocation in metal material is analysed in the theory of dislocation.
