抽油机用数字化交流伺服驱动系统

摘    要:采用全数字交流伺服系统驱动抽油机是一种全新概念的控制技术。伺服系统较原驱动方式具有显著的节电效果 ,减少有功电量 35%~ 65 % ,无功电量 88%~ 95 % ;电动机功率因数大于 0 95。在系统内安装了智能化的逻辑控制软件 ,可针对油井实际状态自动调整抽油机的工作速率 ,并可通过伺服系统的通讯接口 ,对抽油机的各项运行参数进行实时测控 ,有利于油田生产管理实现数字化、网络化。

Abstract:A new control technique of pumping unit, the total numerical alternating servo system for motor driving, is put forward. The new system has obvious power saving effect compared with the previous driving system. It can reduce wattful electric energy and wattless electric energy by 35%~65% and 88%~95% respectively, and the power factor of the motor driven by the servo system is more than 0.95. An intelligent logic control program is installed to automatically control the operating speed of the pumping unit according to actual conditions of the oil well, and a real time monitoring of the operating parameters of the pumping unit can be realized by means of the communication interface of the servo system.
