| 摘 要： | 针对在分析智能答疑系统设计中存在的主要的技术问题，提出解决问题初步的自动答疑模型和相应的算法与工作机制，并在此基础上，提出并实现基于知识树的概化的数据预处理、模式的关联规则挖掘和基于知识树的规则合并与删除等机制的新的智能答疑模型，通过实验以一定的数据加以分析、证明模型的智能性的提高。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the main technical problems in the designs of the Intelligent Answering System, a primitive Automatic Answering System Model and its Algorithm and working mechanism is provided. Based on the analysis of the model, a new Intelligent Answering Model based on the data generalization based on the knowledge tree?association rule mining of pattern?and the mergence and split of the rules based on the knowledge tree is come up with and implemented. In the end, the improvement of this model in intelligence is analyzed and proved with some data in a experiment. |
