| 摘 要： | 对太钢一钢厂连铸机自动化控制系统进行了分析，从控制系统的构成，主要机构设备的电气控制和主要监测与控制系统方面进行了论述，提出了连铸机自动化控制与变频调速器控制的应用，进行了PLC控制系统、监测系统、通讯网络集中控制的研究，达到了降低成本、节源、运行稳定可靠的效果，解决了从旧的半自动化控制，到全自动控制与变频器调速控制的使用问题。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses conticaster automatic controllin g system in the fir st steel plant of Taiyuan Steel Co. Ltd, discusses the composition of control sy stem, electric control of main mechanical equipment, main monitoring and control ling system, puts forward application of conticaster automatic control and frequ ency conversion speeder control, studies PLC control system, monitoring system a nd communication network central control. It reaches effect of reducing cost, en ergy conservation, running stably and reliably, solves its application from outd ated semi?automatic control to full? automatic control, and to converter speed control. |
