摘    要:介绍了一种新型智能LED节能照明控制系统,给出了系统的硬件设计和软件流程.给出了被动式热释电红外探测器和可见光探测器探测的数据,并通过单片机处理后与国家标准设定的数值进行了对比.简述了输出调节信号、控制LED驱动电路和照明系统对室内亮度进行调节的过程.通过理论分析,提出了合理的稳压电源、连接方式、灯体结构的设计方法,解决LED的驱动电源、连接方式和散热三个问题.试安装一年结果表明,照明效果稳定,节能超过50%,效果明显.

Abstract:A new intelligent energy-saving LED illumination controlling system was introduced, and the hardware design and software flow chart were given. The data of passive pyroelectric infrared and visible light detector were processed by a microcontroller, comparing with the numerical value of national standard according to the dealing result, output modulated signal to control LED drive circuit and illumination system for adjusting the indoor brightness. By theoretical analysis, the method for designing a reasonable voltage stabilized driving supply, the linking way and lamp body structure were proposed, and the issues of the LED power supply, the linking way and heat dissipating were solved. A year long application of this system shows that the illumination is stable, the energy saving surpasses 50 %, the efficiency is very obvious.
