棚户区改造中老年人活动空间的探究——以乌鲁木齐市雅山棚户区改造项目为例

随着我国城镇化进程的加速,城市棚户区改造在全国新建居住区范围内占了相当大一部分比例。与此同时社会老龄化也在不断加剧,老年人在社会中的比重越来越重。老年人在居住区中的生活状态也越来越受到重视。老年人在居住区中拥有丰富的活动空间对老年人的身心健康起着很关键作用,这也成为居住区设计的一个核心问题。文章通过对实际项目的研究,对棚户区改造项目中老年人活动空间设计的问题提出有力建议。

Research into Reform of Activity Space for the Elderly in Yashan Shanty Town,Urumchi

Along the course of our accelerating urbanism numerous shanty towns have to be transformed into newly-built living communities. In addition, the population aging condition is exasperating and the portion of senior citizens is also expending. The living situations of the elderly in the communities draw more attention. It is essential to ensure the activity space in a living community for the elderly to be diverse so as to keep them mentally and physically wholesome, which constitutes a key issue for community design. After examining certain projects, this article brings up the feasible reform suggestions.
