| Abstract: | Through analysis of gain saturation in traveling wave semiconductor optical amplifier(TWSOA) and dynamic gain characteristics, we presented that the nonlinear optical loop mirror with TWSOA can be operated as an ultra high speed demultiplexer utilizing the short saturation time and by fine adjustment of TWSOA in loop mirror. |
